Sequencing Platforms
NU-OMICS has sequencing platforms from Illumina, Pacific Biosciences, and Oxford Nanopore.
Liquid Handling Machines
To facilitate library preparation, NU-OMICS utilises an array of liquid handing machines in our pre- and post-PCR labs.
Quality Control
To monitor the quality during library preparation and prior to sequencing, NU-OMICS employs several quality control measures.
