Sequencing
We have several different short- and long-read sequencing platforms from Illumina, Pacific Biosciences, and Oxford Nanopore available at our disposal to meet a range of research needs.
Pacific Biosciences
For high-fidelity (Hi-Fi) long-read sequencing, we offer library preparation services for the Revio from PacBio.
Illumina
For high quality short-read sequencing, we offer library preparation services that can be run on our three platforms from Illumina.
Oxford Nanopore
For long-read sequencing, we offer library preparation services compatible with two platforms from Oxford Nanopore.
Additional Support Services
We can also support your project through sample extraction and bioinformatic analysis.
